1. Processing Time

  • In-stock dolls: Ship within 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Custom dolls: Enter production after customer confirmation photos are approved.
    Production time varies by material:

    • TPE dolls: 15–30 days

    • Silicone dolls: 30–45 days

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & USA: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Asia-Pacific & Others: 10–20 business days

(Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays; customs delays may occur.)

3. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided within 3 business days after dispatch.

4. Packaging & Discretion

All orders are packed in plain, unmarked boxes for maximum privacy.

  • No brand names or product descriptions appear on packaging.

  • Neutral sender name is used for all shipments.
